About PCSpecialist BV
PCSpecialist is a leading company in the computer industry, supplying custom-built computer systems. Our parent company is based in the United Kingdom, where we now employ more than 250 people and where all of our production is also based.
Our relatively new and continuously growing Service Support Centre in Heerlen serves as the main support base for our customers throughout the rest of Europe and currently employs around 30 people.
The Support Centre is home to our Customer Service and RMA departments, which work every day to support our customers when things do not go as planned or when they experience problems with one of our products.
Due to our continued growth and ongoing internal improvements, we are currently looking for an Team leader, The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager on a daily basis.

In summary, we are looking for someone who is capable of responsibly handling the following responsibilities:
- Leading your own team while maintaining a collegial and approachable attitude.
- Ensuring that employees within your team remain productive, supported and engaged, while encouraging, motivating and, where necessary, coaching them.
- Setting clear goals and deadlines and ensuring that these are followed and achieved.
- Helping to ensure compliance with applicable workplace regulations relating to areas such as health and safety, hygiene and general workplace safety.
- Participating in weekly meetings to review, adjust and improve our processes where necessary.
- Being able to handle recruitment independently and responsibly.
- Taking responsibility for effective and appropriate sickness absence management.
- Taking initiative in organising team-building activities.
In short, this is a challenging position involving the supervision of a number of colleagues assigned to you, providing daily direction and ensuring that the team remains motivated and focused on achieving the required results.
The responsibilities cover Customer Service, RMA and our Service Support Centre.
What we are looking for
- A motivated Team Leader who stands up for their team and individual team members.
- A Team Leader who can maintain a healthy balance between private life and work, both for employees and for themselves.
- Basic technical knowledge of our products, including desktops and laptops.
- Some knowledge of employment legislation and sickness absence management.
- Someone who is flexible, decisive and action-oriented in their day-to-day management.
- Someone who follows procedures and processes while also being able to suggest improvements where necessary.
- Someone who works well with other Team Leaders and Managers.

Working Hours
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
The salary consists of a standard salary component plus an additional Team Leader ARA allowance.
Salary
The salary will reflect the responsibilities of the position and will be in accordance with the experience of the successful candidate.
