Swedish speaking Customer Service and Support agents

PC Specialist Ltd is a well-established company in the computer industry, specializing in providing customized computer systems. We are currently seeking multilingual customer service agents to join our team at our state-of-the-art service center in Heerlen.


About PC Specialist Ltd: With roots dating back to 2003, PC Specialist Ltd started as a small system integrator for tailor-made computer systems. Over the years, the company has experienced remarkable success and substantial growth. Today, we are one of the largest custom computer system integrators in the United Kingdom and Europe. Our headquarters are located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, with an additional service center in Heerlen, the Netherlands.


We are currently hiring staff for this Service Support Center in the Netherlands. We would like to motivate multiple language speaking agents to apply on this very challenging role.


At PC Specialist Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering customer-focused service. Our sales are conducted entirely online through our innovative website, providing customers with the convenience of ordering customized systems directly. To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, our Support Service Center handles warranty claims, system upgrades, repairs, and the distribution of new products. We also offer multilingual customer support for both pre-sales and after-sales inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional technical support, sales assistance, and aftersales support to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Accurately process customer information in our administrative system, including order management and credit notes.
  • Guide Process payments and refunds as necessary.
  • Collaborate with our production and administration departments when required.
  • Monitor and report customer satisfaction levels.

Conditions nécessaires

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of current computer components and configuration.
  • Familiarity with windows operating systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Customer service experience, preferably through phone calls and emails.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and a genuine care for our customers.
  • Interest in the latest technology, games, and software.
