Hi, you need to contact PCS to register the product (you'll need proof of purchase) then everything will be loaded into your account.

It makes no difference if you bought it from a private seller, Amazon, Currys, or anywhere else.

To gain access to official support (and everything associated with it like drivers, BIOS updates etc), you must first register the product directly with PCS; otherwise, there's nothing you can do.

So can you tell me how i can register the product please
If you bought it second hand then the seller has to transfer warranty to you from their account, only they can do this, no one else can.

If you bought it new from a valid reseller, then you just need to phone PCS and they'll need proof of purchase, that will then get you your online account with all your drivers.

Without an account, you're not eligible for any support.

That's second hand then, it's up to the seller to transfer ownership to you, reputable sellers are fully aware of this, if they haven't transferred the ownership to you as part of the sale, then I'm afraid it's likely a suspect product. I'd suggest getting a refund.

Control center does far more than just the RGB, it's the master driver that ties into all aspects of the hardware, without that it's not going to work.

You won't be able to use it without transferring ownership as it won't work without the required drivers, it's not PCS responsibility at all, it's between you and the seller.
