hello my rgb keyboard is stuck on blue my pc model is NL5A and it got reset i bought it outside this site and it dont have the control center for the keyboard management anymore and when i try to download it from this site it says i need the order number, where do i find this number and where do i write it so i can finally download the control center? please help
