I purchased a computer for 3.9k Euros. It arrived with broken glass inside. My monitor only loaded once when I first started the computer. The internet wasn't working, both wifi and ethernet cable, so I ran the windows 10 media creation tool to install a fresh windows copy. After starting the fresh install copy of Windows 10 nothing is working anymore. The system won't boot my monitor isn't even loading or showing bios starting up.
The number for assistance isn't working tried calling several times, but the technical assistance on the website doesn't do anything. It won't register my new message even being sent.
Any advice or help would be appreciated because you can imagine my frustration after spending so much money and receiving something broken/not working as intended.
