Hello, I've received my new Defiance laptop.
After that, download the windows iso from the PC specialist website, and all the drivers are included there.
I proceeded with installing my fresh copy of windows and installing my drivers after that, but windows can't even detect my NVIDIA graphics card; another problem is my display is supposed to be 240hz but only shows 64hz.
I've included some pictures from my purchase and what components it has> Device manager > Display properties.
Everything was working fine with the windows (for testing) that the laptop came with. Is the windows installation provided on the PC specialist website faulty, or am I doing something wrong?
Please, any help would be appreciated.
