battery mode issue and shaking fan

Hello!

I bought a pc 3 months ago on pcspecialist (Vyper 17, old 17.3 "IONICO model I think).

Performances are very good especially in turbo mode however I have 2 problems:

1) When I am in battery mode, the performance is really poor (regular freeze on hearthstone for example) while I have set the same configurations as for the sector mode in power options. Even in turbo mode with the fan running at maximum and making a lot of noise, performance is well below sector mode in normal configuration.

2) Sometimes (once or twice a day) the computer vibrates, I think the noise is from the fan and I don't think it was doing that when I bought it, and the noise is very unpleasant. I put in compressed air to try to remove the potential dust but it had no effect.

I only need to lift my computer back slightly for the noise to go away, but as soon as I put it on a flat surface, the noise returns. The noise disappears by itself little by little after about ten minutes.

If you have any ideas for trying to solve at least one of these issues, that would be very kind of you. If you don't understand something because of my level of English, don't hesitate to ask me for more information!

PS: Also when I charge my computer, it starts to make noise and on battery mode it is way more quiet how can I change that?
